When email confirmation is received regarding the type and cost of services required:

For individuals: Payment in full will be provided prior to scheduling the first appointment

For corporations: 1) Workshops: half of the payment will be required to secure the date of services and the remainder of the payment will be required one week prior to the scheduled workshop 2) Rates and payment schedules for developing and implementing hiring and retention plans will be discussed and confirmed prior to services being provided.
